I spent the day mapping my project with Ignacio Saavedra using his ‘seedbed’ tool
We explored different problematics, themes, research fields, sites, questions, aims and statements within the project
Questions that arose while mapping the work:
How, through changing perspectives, can we question our connection to territory?
How can metaphors of space travel question how we think about territory, belonging and otherness?
How, through a connection between these topics - exposing their interconnected nature - can we re-imagine our relationships to and perception of territory, belonging and otherness?
Importance of thinking across disciplines - what is my role? how can I move between disciplines while not being rooted in any?
